Candy Striped

You guys got a preview of this outfit in my John Frieda Frizz-Ease Salon Tour re-cap, but here's the full look! I'm pretty obsessed with this candy striped bow blouse from J. Crew (which I scored on sale + an extra 30% off), as well as my new cat eye sunglasses. Aren't they such a fun shape? This was also my first time wearing shorts this year... these particular ones are made of silk so it's basically like wearing pyjamas a.k.a. ultimate comfort.

    Adorable, Alison! I love it when sale items have an additional discount and that red and white striped top is so cute for summer. I have the same pair of shorts except in blue and I know what you mean about them being as comfy as PJs. Yay for comfort and hot summer days!

    You're so cute and happy in your photos! I'm so glad that the weather here is picking up. Looks like we start summer earlier than August this year! The JCrew top is such a steal! I went to the outlet on the way to NYC and got some great sweaters and a necklace for such a great price!
