Camel Blazer: Zara / Tank: Wilfred / Bandage Skirt: Talula
Tights: Urban Outfitters / Boots: Aldo / Pashmina: gift from Hong Kong
I don't think I'm quite ready to wear full-on leopard print, but subtle touches of it are nice. I decided to experiment with some leopard print nails that I've been seeing on a lot of other bloggers. For a first attempt they turned out okay but I realized afterwards that I should have used brown instead of white for the inside of the spots. I'll have to try it the "right" way next time!

P.S. Thank you so much for the nice comments in my last entry, your support means a lot to me!
I felt the same about animal prints but have also started to change my mind. I lean more towards bits of snakeskin print though.
ReplyDeleteGreat outfit & lovely nails!
Zara makes the best blazers and Your nails are too cute! I'm planning on doing purple leopard tips on my nails, never tried it tho so I see a major fail coming lol
ReplyDelete@April Now that you mention it, I have really been liking snakeskin print too! Funny how our tastes can change so easily...
ReplyDelete@FashionableAsians Zara really does have the best blazers and at such affordable prices. I'm sure your nails will turn out great! I thought mine looked kind of weird but people seemed to know it was leopard print so maybe I was being too hard on myself ;)
I'm always a little wary of animal prints myself, but your accents are just lovely.
ReplyDeleteEven your nails are leopard print! I love little details but I love your blazer even more *envious* =P
ReplyDeleteLOVE the outfit. The blazer is amazing and your nails are so cool! I loveeee it!

I used to dislike animal prints. Now I'm a big fan of leopard prints but the only thing I'd wear with the prints are scarves :)

This is my favorite outfit of you! I love the leopard print lining. Check out my jacket with leopard lining as well ( a couple posts before the last one). And I like the white on the nails. It looks great the way they are. Oh, and I love your tights!! Ok...enough. Lol.

@bebemui It was $89.90 and you can find it on the Zara website here.
ReplyDelete@MissA* You just reminded me that I have a leopard print scarf too... I think that would have been overkill on this outfit though!
Love this gorgeous look. I'm loving the tights, they add great texture to the outfit & I'm also loving the subtle hints of animal print, beautiful!!

Animal print has grown on me too, I used to hate it years ago. I think it used to be associated with tackiness. Also would love to see a tutorial on how you did the leopard print nails, I'm dying to try it :)
ReplyDeleteAhhh amazing nails!

This outfit is SO pretty! I really love the camel blazer, and the touch of leopard is just perfect! Adds instant glam! (But I do know what you mean, if not done right, or if overdone, it can look tacky!) Thanks for all your sweet comments, by the way! I really appreciate it! xo!
