I managed to snag this utility jacket during a store close-down sale a few years ago for only $10, and since then it's been a very happy addition to my wardrobe. I wore it a ton
during the Paris leg of last year's Euro-trip and just love the way it pairs effortlessly with all my favourite layered looks. If you don't already own your own version of this jacket, what are you waiting for? This one's a workhorse!

Those are always the best purchases - the absolute steals you find at a sale and can't resist... then actually wear! I had a similar experience with a sale jacket at h&m. It set me back only $10 and I wore it until the seams tore :) It wasn't quite as stylish as this one, though; it's such a perfect layering piece!

Adorable outfit - I love every part of it - especially the jacket. I'm going to find a pair of gloves like yours - I have a trench coat with 3/4 length sleeves and my arms always get cold when I wear it LOL!
