Sweatpants in Public

Not only do I wear these "fashion sweatpants" at home, but I have absolutely no qualms about wearing them in public. And no, not just for a quick grab-and-go grocery store run. I am talking about the full on, day-out-on-the-town, everyone-can-see-me type of wearing in public.

Now, I know you're probably thinking to yourself: "could this girl commit a bigger fashion faux-pas?" The answer is obviously yes... I mean, have you seen those awful Croc/UGG hybrids? Shudder.

By the way, I hope you all remembered to change your clocks back! I was super grateful for the extra hour of sleep before my early morning yoga class but at the same time, it's a little upsetting to know that from now on it's going to be dark at like 4 p.m.

  1. I know, so depressing that it will be dark so early :( I totally forgot about the time change, but luckily I didn't have to work today and I accidentally slept in so now it's like I've gained an hour of my life back!

    1. It's a good thing they make the time changes happen on Sundays otherwise I bet a lot of people would end up late/early to work!

  4. Ha ha, the title of this post totally had me raising my eyebrows... And then I saw the sweats you're wearing, plus the fact that you paired them with booties, and all was right with the world again ;) Loving your lip colour!

  5. You're making them look very chic! I wish they would leave the time change alone, so pointless imho. :)

  6. LOL. As a stay-at-home mom, I wear sweatpants in public all the time. However, I never looks as stylish as you do.

  7. Girl, if I had sweatpants as chic and as cute as those, I'd wear them everywhere too! You look beautiful! I love the way you've styled them too. Very fashion forward, not a faux pas!

  8. I've always had this pet peeve about seeing sweat pants in public...but you are the only person that I think can pull off sweat pants in a cute look. I think it's cause the pants actually have shape and taper towards the bottom instead of just being the usual wide leg or baggy sweat pants. If anything looks like a casual bottom that you kind of dressed up. LIKE!!

  32. I love that sweatpant .It`s don't get all linty after the washing and drying, which is good. They're light and warm. If you're expecting the really thick sweatpants, go elsewhere. I'm totally satisfied with these. :-)
