Let's Get Flashy

One of my friends referred to these as "flashy pants" and while not the flashiest of pants (gold lamé, anyone?), they are pretty flashy for someone like me who's not typically into bright colours or crazy patterns. But for some reason I was inexplicably drawn to them. Perhaps it's because the neon tie adds a pop that isn't too overpowering or because the grid pattern comes in an easy-to-pair black and white combo.

Or... it might be the fact that they're made of the smoothest silk and I just really like feeling like I'm wearing pajamas all day. Apparently, for me, comfort reigns supreme!

    I think anyone could be drawn to silk pants, no matter how flashy the print! Plus, these are technically black and white... although that yellow drawstring is pretty bright ;) Personally, I think you pull the look off beautifully :)

    Love them on you! You can definitely pull off pants like these, and I love the lady-like touches to contrast the trendy bottoms :)

    While they're flashy, I agree that you've toned them down incredibly well without taking away the oomph. As for comfort: Yes, please. People often ask why I'm always in skirts and dresses. And, well, I didn't think it was a secret, but they're comfortable!

    These pants are definitely flashy! I think my eyes will start to hurt if I continue looking at the grid pattern. Oh and I love your bag!
